For FCL (Full Container Load) goods, our street lighting poles are wrapped with bulb wrappings. For LCL (Less than Container Load) orders, we use felt wrapping first, followed by bulb wrappings.

The welding technique used is automatic submerged arc welding, guaranteeing strong and seamless joints. To enhance the longevity of the poles, they undergo a surface treatment process of hot dip galvanizing and powder painting, providing excellent resistance against corrosion.
Complying with GB11345 Grade II welding standard, these poles have a zinc coating thickness of at least 86um, ensuring superior protection against environmental elements. The adhesive force of the zinc coating meets the requirements of GB2694-88, further enhancing its durability.
With an impressive anti-wind capacity of 36.9m/s, these poles are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. Their anti-corrosion lifetime is guaranteed to be at least 20 years, providing long-lasting performance.
The coating layer thickness of these poles is at least 100um, meeting the standards of GB9286-880. The poles also have a hardness of at least 2H, ensuring resistance against wear and tear.
